Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Murphy Dublin and to every distance contract and order concluded between Murphy Dublin and the consumer.

Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.


Article 4 – The Offer

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

Images represent the products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color or minor differences may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on Murphy Dublin.


Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the stated conditions.

Murphy Dublin reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical error

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Murphy Dublin in writing via email within the withdrawal period.

The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise agreed.

Murphy Dublin will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed hygienic products once the seal has been broken

  • Products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons


Article 9 – Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Murphy Dublin reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.


Article 10 – Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Murphy Dublin is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.


Article 11 – Complaints

Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support email.

Complaints must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Murphy Dublin will respond within a reasonable timeframe and work toward a fair resolution.
